Semiconductors (metalloids) or semiconductor materials are used to fabricate microelectronic and optoelectronic devices such as transistors, photodetectors or solar cells.
Learn MoreLead, tin and low melting alloys (white metals) are non-ferrous alloys used in the manufacture of solder, semiconductor, battery and decorative products.
Learn MoreBus adapters connect peripherals to computers that do not provide native support for a peripheral's interface. Some bus adapters are housed in cables that connect one bus to another. Others are board-level cards, blades, or stand-alone units with interfaces and power supplies.
Search by Specification | Learn MoreBluetooth® chips are board level components which broadcast in the 2.4 GHz industrial, scientific, and medical (ISM) radio band.

LP Series Lens Positioners provide two, three, or five degrees of precision positioning for optical components. We've redesigned these mounts, adding a number of performance enhancing features such as, 100 TPI adjustment screws, a new zero-freeplay XY mechanism for smooth, accurate positioning, and new independent locks that ensure stable optical alignment. Our exclusive Hammerhead Trolleys are available in capacities of one, three and five tons. When used with one of our Columbia base-mounted hoists, the low weight of these trolleys allows for a higher net load at the hook than a conventional overhead hoist. (read more)
American GFM Corporation's three, five or six axis high speed routing machines ensure accurate and clean profiles in materials such as cured composites, light metal alloys, honeycomb etc. Multiple sheet routing without riveting represents the latest technology. (read more)
Trilithic VF Series tunable bandpass filters cover a frequency range from 3 MHz to 4,000 MHz with any single model covering an octave. Standard units are available with either a three or five section response and have a 3 dB bandwidth of 5% &plumn;1%* with low insertion loss values from 0.2 dB through 1.5 dB. VSWR is less than 1.5:1. (read more)
Ultrasonic testing uses the transmission of high frequency sound waves into material to detect imperfections within the material or changes in material properties. The most commonly used ultrasonic testing technique is pulse echo wherein sound is introduced into the test object and reflections (echos) are returned to a receiver from internal imperfections or from geometrical surfaces of the part. (read more)
Magnetic particle testing is done by inducing a magnetic field in a ferro-magnetic material and dusting the surface with iron particles (either dry or suspended in a liquid). Surface imperfections will allow the magnetic field to leak out of the part, distort the magnetic field and concentrate the iron particles near imperfections, thus indicating their presence. Probably the oldest and most common method of NDT is visual examination, which has numerous industrial and commercial applications. Examiners follow procedures ranging from simple to very complex, some of which involve comparison of workmanship samples with production parts. Visual techniques are used with all other NDT methods.
